Ombi not recognizing request has been filled #4542
Comments
Hi! |
Can you please include more information and screenshots etc |
Odd. Just to confirm it is available on Jellyfin? Do you mind sending me your ombiexternal.db to tidusjar@gmail.com and also tell me what movie this is |
It is available on Jellyfin, and the details page on Ombi shows it available per the screenshot. File sent with details. Not isolated to this particular item, it does this with any new request. As I mentioned it has been doing this a couple of weeks or so now, been using Ombi for almost two years now. |
Ok, it's picked up this movie as available from the Emby Sync, so did you or do you happen to have configured your Jellyfin instance under the Emby mediaserver settings? Because that's also explains why it might have not marked the request as available. |
It is and has always been configured under the Jellyfin settings. This is something that started happening 2ish weeks ago after an update. I checked the db file and it shows JellyfinSettings in the GlobalSettings table. Should I remove it and re-add or further troubleshooting? |
Ok I’ll dig a bit deeper |
OK found the issue regarding the Play on Emby, Can you also email me your |
Sent! |
This same thing started happening to me. Some movies get marked available, some do not., but all of them say "Play on Plex", since I only have plex configured. I think it started happening when I moved to 4.12.7 about 20 days ago. Previously I was on 4.10.2. |
Any update after I sent the Ombi.db file? |
Sorry I seem to have missed it. Mind sending it again? |
Sent again! |
Can you do a press the "Clear data and Resync" button in the settings? |
I had done that previously in my troubleshooting before filing the bug a couple of weeks ago... Just did it again. Did not change the status of the request. Let me know what's next. |
Can you please resend your OmbiExternal now you have done that |
Sent! |
Just pushed up a change, that should fix it. Let me know! |
4.15.1 fixed it! |
Hmmm 4.15.1 did not fix it for me. Only difference in setup is I am using Plex. I tried clear and resync to be sure. Affected movie is available, but the request is still marked "Processing Request". |

Describe the bug
Ombi v4.14.3 docker with Jellyfin. This bug has been occurring for a couple of weeks at least so not sure which version introduced it.
When a request is made via Ombi and filled, the listing on the request page still shows "Processing Request" However if you go to the details page of the request item the buttons "Play On" and "Mark Unavailable" are shown, indicating Ombi does know the request has been filled.
