There is a knowing issue (#528) when you do request for a all tv show but when you don't have the special seasons it doesn't show up with the " available " tag. @Drewster727 @rulles Can you check for me what the status is in your sonarr about the requested tv show? |
Hello.
I don't have sonarr enabled.

@rulles what do you use? |
Sorry, maybe i don't understand very well your question.
My report is, if some user want some tv-show, and i don't have that in my
plex-server, he do the request, and when i add that tv-show in my
plex-server, the cronjob will detect that request is already added, and the
cronjob should send an email like it does in movies requests, but this
don't append.

I'm experiencing this problem as well. After a user selects a specific episode, Sabnzbd will go out and fetch it and Sonarr will rename and move the file then update Plex, but the request in Ombi never changes and "Available" still shows an "X". |
Plex Requests.Net Version: 1.10.0
update Branch: Stable
Operating System: Windows Server 2016
Problem Description:
Shows that were requested in the past, and then downloaded/added to plex, show as 'Available' when you search for them in the search page, but they do not show 'Available' in the request page.
Reproduction Steps:
Request a show. Approve it. Let it download, and let the plex avail cacher update it's cache. The show still won't be marked with a little checkbox in the request page.
