* Update Firebase to 11.7 * Add AviaryInsights for reporting to Plausible Analytics servers
There's no good reason to keep it in Objective-C any longer, and AviaryInsights makes it harder to do interop anyway.
It'll be responsible for sharing data to multiple sources.
Move all Firebase-related logic into it
