The Problem To Be Solved

I would recommend to remove all *.cprj features in CMSIS-Toolbox 3.0.

This includes for example intdir in:
https://github.com/Open-CMSIS-Pack/cmsis-toolbox/blob/main/docs/YML-Input-Format.md#output-dirs
