no more metadata leakage required.
this uses my original variant on NIP4 (kdf(ss,iv) for the key, version tag) but with the blinded sender.
i think we need it as an "optional" feature, because otherwise people won't be able to read the messages on other clients
for now
until the world can agree on a NIP4 upgrade
