Ready for i2 and LI testers

Device code working well on the PFC_EDU beta 1 device with all the features we need for minimum testing:

• runs recipe that is sent to it
• publishes data
• takes pictures
• LEDs work for 4 fixed spectrums and variable illumination distances.
• can attach to a local wifi

First official device SW release for internal UAT

JBrain release v0.1.0 is stable and supports the PFC_EDU beta1 hardware set.
This version of the IoT device software should be matched to version v0.1.0 of the backend services and UI.
