  1. Why?

    • Previous terminal version used 3 locations for .env files. This might create confusion on which is used.

  2. What? (1-3 sentences or a bullet point list):

    • Remove all .envs except .openbb_platform/.cli.env
    • Clean menu_text.py code, no logic changes just removing unnecessary docstrings making reading a bit difficult

  3. Impact:

    • NA

  4. Testing Done:

    • NA
