[Feature] Add Nasdaq To Equity Screener

1. Why?:

   • To expand the coverage.

2. What?:

   • Adds a very simple (like FMP but less filters) Equity screener using Nasdaq.

   • Returns only Ticker, Name, Last Price, Day Change, Day Change %, and Market Cap.

   • No params returns 7100+ tickers, effectively making it a current 'market_snapshot'.

   • Accidentally included Biztoc fix in this PR..

3. Impact:

   • Minimal, but more accessible end points.

4. Testing Done:

   • Multiple items allowed for every param.
   • Integration/unit tests added.
