[Enhancement] Add x-unit_measurement To A Few Items

1. Why?:

   • This adds to the continuing efforts towards identifying and standardizing percent fields, as well as communicating them via Field(json_schema_extra={"x-unit_measurement": "percent", "x-frontend_multiply": 100})

2. What?:

   • Updates some lesser-trafficked standard models with only community providers servicing them.
   • Transforms the output of GovernmentUSTreasuryAuctions to comply with the metadata.

3. Impact:

   • Improved consistency and standardization.

4. Testing Done:

   • This was tested by using the openbb-platform-api extension from Create OpenBB Platform Installer with conda constructor #6587 to generate widgets.json.
