[BUG] GCMC dynamics crashes #366
Description
Currently, there are very rare crashes when running FEP dynamics in combination with GCMC. Looking at the existing Sire code it appears that the OpenMM context is rebuilt and minimised following a soft-crash, then the original GCMC water state is applied to the context. I think we need to re-order the operations such that the water state is updated before minimisation.
