Documentation for new sources

Hey @manulera, could you give me a hand on how to create new sources? I have added the entry to the linkML schema and now I guess I have to create the Pydantic classes from it using linkml's functions like gen-pydantic. Still, it feels pretty esoteric to me and would really appreciate your help!

Yes!

I think it should be like this:

• Install the hooks (important for formatting) pre-commit install
• Once you have made your changes to the yaml file call make all from the root repository. A lot of files will be changed, check that the changes that you see on the pydantic file make sense.
• Commit. Hooks will complain and make changes.
• Commit again, now it should work.

I will use this to update the readme, so let me know if something else would be needed!

Also, what are you doing for the data model for USER cloning? I guess it should be a child class of SequenceCut with a different type.

Worked perfectly for me! If you happen to modify the readme, it would be great to also have the installation instructions (e.g. poetry install, pre-commit install etc).

And yes, I think a USER source should inherit from SequenceCut but, to be fair, I don't master yet the whole thing of sources representation and I'm learning on the go.
