Description of the issue

We want to define the direct component of solar radiation. This is is derived from #1031

Ideas of solution

Suggested definition: "Direct radiation is radiation that has followed a direct path from the sun."

Alternative term: "Beam radiation"

This definition has been taken vom the cfconventions (cfconvetions.org): direct_downwelling_shortwave_flux_in_air, with a slight adaption (moved "beam radiation" to alternative term).
