We want to define the global solar radiation. This is is derived from #1031, #1067 and #1072
Ideas of solution
This will be a subcasss of solar radiation (....ocurrent -> process -> radaition -> solar radiation)
Suggested definition: Global Radiation is solar radiation received on a surface from a solid angle of 2pi steradians. It consists of direct radiation and diffuse radiation.

As it is the combination of direct and diffuse radiation, it should be in the same place below solar radaition. These three define the main "components" of solar radiation.
