- add grid lines to Campbell diagrams - function `readSteadyState` reads a FAST output file (.out or .outb), which is assumed to have been created using a step-wind file (to find operating points). It looks for generator torque, blade pitch, and rotor speed on the last step before the wind changes. - function `setAVIfps` copies an .avi file with a new frame rate.
- inverse MBC3 data for VTK mode shapes is handled in fx_mbc3 now.
