THIS PULL REQUEST IS READY TO MERGE

Feature or improvement description
Update of ExtPtfm to use Craig-Bampton reduction of support structures for sequential load calculations in OpenFAST

Impacted areas of the software
Only ExtPtfm module

Additional supporting information

Please see the development plan and validation article enclosed.
This change is not backward compatible since a "module input file" for ExtPtfm is now introduced.
This module contains a reference to the superelement file which contains the mass, stiffness and damping matrices, together with a time series of the loads in the superelement degrees of freedom.

A zip file with the "Wind Wave" test case presented in the article is provided (Compatible OpenFAST 2.4, using AeroDyn14). TurbSim needs to be used to generate the ".bts" Wind file in the folder "Wind".
