Currently, incoming pull requests run a change against NREL's OpenFAST repository. This works well for pull requests, but prevents the CI from running against code in development in another fork.
They consistently fail on GH Actions but pass everywhere else :(
GitHub now has "draft" pull requests so all new PR's should either be draft or ready to merge.

Feature or improvement description
This pull request fixes a bug in the linearization regression test driver script and updates the baselines for two regression test cases which were incorrectly updated in #350.

No issue but the regression tests currently fail.
