This PR adds two new OpenFAST test cases for OpenFAST/openfast#2358,
5MW_Land_DLL_WTurb_wNacDrag- modified from5MW_Land_DLL_WTurbto add nacelle dragMHK_RM1_Floating_wNacDrag- modified fromMHK_RM1_Floatingto add nacelle dragAPI change in AD input file included. This does not affect any existing test cases.
