This PR updates the SDK documentation to reflect the rename from SecretsManager to SecretRegistry and the module path change from secrets_manager.py to secret_registry.py.

Changes

  • sdk/arch/conversation.mdx: Update service table to "Secret Registry" and link to secret_registry.py
  • sdk/guides/secrets.mdx: Update title and body text to "Secret Registry"
