Add directory utils/signed-windows-inf-files/ with Windows inf files for Hantek 6022BE and Hantek 6022BL. Easy and fast installation (right-click on the inf files and "install"). Informative names in Device Manager, identifying device and common firmwares loader/openht/sigrok

I created these files because

  • It's not nice to get "fx2lafw" as device name and having to pull menus and remember VID/PID/REV to identify the device and it's currently loaded firmware.
  • I was tired of waiting for Zadig to do it's thing, three times for each new Windows PC where I move an Hantek 6022BL (used as scope) to, in order to be able to use it with OpenHantek6022 and PulseView (or sigrok-cli)
  • While the existing Hantek_6022B.inf/cat is a step in the right direction, it gives no indication for currently loaded firmware, and does not know about the VID/PID/REV used by sigrok.

I tested with a Hantek_6022BL on Windows x64 20H1 thru 21H2 (10.0.19041 to 19044). The Hantek_6022BE files are untested. I have hope that with Hantek_6022BE_sigrok.inf and Hantek_6022BL_sigrok.inf both installed, the devices will show with correct names when loaded with the sigrok fimware, even though they then share the same VID/PID, since I base the identification on VID/PID/REV.
