Update com.ibm.ws.cdi.beansxml.implicit_fat .classpath to match bnd.bnd source directories. Updates for com.ibm.ws.jaxrs.2.0.cdi.1.2_fat include: - Changing to be Java 7 instead of Java 8 in bnd.bnd file. - Removing blank line at the top of the .project file - Change eclipse compile settings to be 1.7 instead of 1.6. - Add bndtools.core.prefs file.
