[BUG] Chunk驱动，如果Chunk文件夹里面的文件不完整，会导致无法删除这个文件 #1311

Bug Description (required)
使用Chunk驱动上传单个文件的时候，如果中途停止上传(网络不好出错、手动强制停止、手动重启系统等各种原因)，此时Chunk文件夹里的文件不完整。
然后想删除文件的时候会提示出错，如图所示。
