./openlist storage delete [id]命令，免启动程序删除数据库中的驱动，可用于删除前端删不掉的、不支持的驱动storage disable、storage delete增加日志信息，方便管理员审计已知问题：
这个功能在 docker 里面用不了，因为 docker 环境下不是直接运行的 OpenList，上面有各种启动脚本，运行状态下也不行。
