Ability to save SC5/SV5 files (ie scenarios, landscapes and savegames)

Following on from #23, we now need to be able to save any edits we make to these files

Much progress has been made in:

The editor now spits out the saved files, but there is still something wrong with the vehicles/entities/companies that causes them to not load in-game.
