User Guide seems to be missing

In the documentation of the library (within the main package.mo file), there is the following sentence: 

_Users Guide discusses some aspects of the BioChem Library, including a Getting Started chapter._

There is not actually a user guide package also when accessing early versions, this package does not really exist.
