Blackout mode doesn't work in drop mode

The blackout mode toggle is not available in the preferences when in the player mode. Additionally, enabling it beforehand outside of player mode doesn't carry the preference over to player mode.

Blackout mode is meant to make it easier to key out the workspace background for creating note block videos. Since the drop mode's main purpose is to offer an alternative visualization to a song, it only makes sense that the blackout mode works there as well.

To reproduce:

1. Open the program
2. Go to Settings > Preferences > Interface
3. Enable the blackout mode toggle switch
4. Close and re-open the program
5. Enter the player mode
6. Enter the drop mode from the top bar
7. Check that blackout mode doesn't work
8. Additionally, head to Preferences > Interface to verify that the blackout mode setting is missing.
