Description
Expanding a resource's detailed view to the maximum available height makes it stuck, only way to reset it is by refreshing the page.

To Reproduce

  1. Select any type of resource (ex. VM)
  2. Expand the detailed view to the maximum height (in normal view mode)

Expected behavior
The detailed view container should be able to decrease in size and not get stuck in maximum height.
