[RSunstone] Not possible to navigate within almost all VM graphs

Description
Starting from at least 5.12.13 EE release it's not possible to navigate (i.e. to change a scale, move left-right, up and down) within the graphs for VMs in tabs Capacity, Storage and Network in the RSunstone. The only ones that still work are Real memory, Disk write IOPS and NET UPLOAD SPEED.

To Reproduce
Select VM, open Capacity, Storage or Network tab and try to e.g. double click on any graph.

Expected behavior
Double click with left mouse button should scale graph up.
