OpenCT > 0.6.6 supports Smartmouse / Phoenix drivers. To be tested. The code was originaly published at http://ngyn.kicks-ass.org/index.php?phoenix-openct and the new code was available via sourceforge at https://sourceforge.net/projects/openct-phoenix/..
The driver was written by Antoine Nguyen and it is based on the SCTK project from Alexandre Becoulet, many thanks to him.
