Do you by any chance have hardware acceleration enabled in Edit | Preferences | Performance tab? If yes, please reset those back to their original values. Hardware acceleration does not work well and causes this issue in Windows environment.

It was indeed accelerated, but this is using the default settings. I
didn't, that I remember, change it to DirectX. I also just tried DX9, but
with the same result. It seems to be working fine using CPU.
Is there any chance this could be fixed down the road? I gather it would be
better using the GPU.
Anyway, thanks for the info.

Describe the bug
As the title says: Importing a video made with ShareX (that plays fine on Windows), gives me a green video in OpenShot.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I expect to see the video I just captured using ShareX.
