Blender: Tweak dissolve.py parameters to fully complete animation before last frame #3897

Dissolving Text is leaving particles behind past the last frame of the animation, so they suddenly all wink out of existence when it ends. This PR adjusts the lifetime and emission timeframes to ensure that all particles have died off before reaching the last frame of the sequence.
