PR #887 is almost ready to go. However, it depends on the TC fix from PR PSLmodels/Tax-Calculator#1982. @martinholmer when can PolicyBrain expect the next Tax-Calculator release? |
@hdoupe, conda packages for Tax-Calculator 0.20.1 are now available. |

This PR upgrades PolicyBrain to TC 0.19.0+. In order to do so, the warning/error message parsing needed to be updated to comply with the format introduced by PSLmodels/Tax-Calculator#1952. The current changes were tested against the head of the Tax-Calculator master branch at commit a83f298.
A few more minor changes need to be made to complete this upgrade.
