This PR lets RPM and DEB use same files for packaging. (A better? version of #9 )
There are some minor changes, too. I know I should have separated but the base changes I made in this PR will cause conflicts, anyway...

  • RPM now requires dotnet-runtime-6.0 instead of 5.0
  • RPM top directories are now handled in a better way by using loops
  • man page is now included

More edits:

  • Removed systemd user-preset so that RPM can also be built on Ubuntu. Scripts still can launch OTD service so it shouldn't be a big problem.
  • Disabled RPM dependency generation to prevent unneeded requirements
