it would be nice to be able for anyone on the team to trigger a build via github actions, potentially even automating it on response to stuff happening in other repos

• use self hosted runner for github actions
• offline + hybrid images (online STT, offline TTS)
• stable + testing images, per ovos-releases constraints files
• nightly (?) builds using alpha versions (dev image)
• language dedicated images, should just run the ovos-config autoconfigure command on top of initial image
• repo with machine translations for skills that are not yet translated in GitLocalize, these resources should be downloaded for each language specific image
  • files should be populated at: ~/.local/share/mycroft/resources/{skill_id}/locale/{lang_code}
