Error on while updating. 2.0.2 - 2.1.0

After updating from 2.0.2 to 2.1.0, I get the following error. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I think this has been fixed by the latest patch release.

It's not clear from the stack trace, but yeah, most possibly this was fixed by #17076. Please update to 2.1.2 (there are no migration steps from 2.1.0, just change the referenced version number).

I was able to fully update after changing the startup

I tried that first, but got a different error. I'll uncomment the code and try it again so I can paste that error message.
