Well, it didn't actually update that :D. So, I don't know, because I think it shouldn't. But this update run contains strange things anyway, I'd chalk this up to some bug. If it happens again, we can try adding allow in the config file like this, what ChatGPT spat out but I otherwise can't find docs on:

The package Microsoft.IdentityModel.Protocols.OpenIdConnect should not be updated as per this comment from @kevinchalet in the Directory.Packages.props file.

YesSql cannot be upgraded to 5.1.0 until Shortcodes is upgraded to depend on Partlot 1. (PR #16470 should merged first before we can do this)
