Underground recycling/trash containers

Several towns are adopting a new trash pickup system, with underground containers (in France, these are called "PAV", points d'apport volontaire).

From what I understand, these include both amenity=waste_disposal and recycling_type=container, both with location=underground. This location part is currently missing from the app. While it is possible to add it manually, I think it could be part of the "Garbage Dumpster" and "Recycling Container" presets.

Or is this another case where the change should happen upstream, in the id-tagging-schema? If so, I'll close this issue and report it over there.
