Add support for reordering, adding and deleting layers. You need to be very careful about deleting layers. The game expects some of them to exist (like the "Move" layer in HCZ Act 1), and will crash if delete them.
You can now also change some of the magical values associated with each layer. I don't know what they do, maybe you can figure them out!
Added an Export function that dumps all layers of a scene to individual image files.
Is one of your New Year Resolutions to take regular backups before playing with dangerous new features? It should be.
