Add a button to the menu bar to open the project in VS code

Problem this feature should fix
It's not that convenient to open the file explorer, navigate to the project's folder, and open it with vs code.

Expected solution
It would be nice if we could open a project in VS code directly from the editor.

Damn, I didn't notice that the draft already existed and implemented this feature. At least I figured out the project.
