…lock demo to the SDK's BluetoothConnection class. Also ported the Unlock demo to use the SDK's Bluetooth RVINode for communication with the server via the VehicleNode wrapper.
…ce/formatting changes, and small bits of refactoring (moved parseJWT to ServerNode, renamed service to triggerFobSignal).
…capsulating the params to it's own class. Not sure if working entirely; having Bluetooth connection issues.
…the magic string fob signal service names to use constants. Moved isUnlocked boolean to VehicleNode.
