In the MRpro paper we would like to showcase:

1. Cartesian reconstruction with partial echo and partial Fourier Example for Basics and Cartesian reconstruction #562
2. Pulseq feature
3. PDHG/FISTA reconstruction
4. qMRI

We still need:

• Differentiable Optimization Operators: Differentiable Optimization and Differentiable solver (only if it is straightforward)

• NUFFT optimisation

  • nufft op Take NonUniformFastFourierOp out of FourierOp  #463
  • speed-up by moving other-dimensions with same trajectory to batch
  • evaluate finufft or pytorch-finufft evalute pytorch-finufft #300
  • if faster add pytorch-finufft

• Indexing

  • Easier Indexing / Subsetting of KData #382
