libnvToolsExt.sohas been removed as a separate shared library in CUDA 12.9, in favor of a header-only implementation of NVTX v3. This function call needslibnvToolsExt.sowhich can not be found in lib on CUDA 12.9 machine, then causes error.pcard-67164
