feat:[PLG-150] RedHat Deployment asset

Description

Added RedHat Plugin Type in Shipper and added new target type "Deployment".
modified installer to create RedHat Shipper job.

@arunpaladin We need to add only installer changes in EE, as well as the installer, is different there. Rest changes would get deployed to EE though @rnithinpaladin
