What Does This PR Do
The weaken on bolas (reinforced and cult) has been replaced with a knockdown. The duration, slowdown, and other such things still remain. Regular and energy bolas have no changes. Additonally, the var for knockdown duration now has a somewhat more obvious name. Part of the project by @hal9000PR.
Why It's Good For The Game
Ranged, extremely hard to dodge stuns are not ideal in a combat system that relies on stamina. The knockdown combined with a persistent slow is more than enough to make these items worth using. In case of cult, a follow-up cult hand stun is required for a successful capture, hard stun or not, as cuffs are much too slow, even point blank.
