FieldSet.from_parcels()is a very old method that predefines some filename, dimension and variable names. While it was useful for quick loading of data in "parcels" format (i.e. a version of NEMO output conventions), it can be removed in v4mainfor v3 changes,v4-devfor v4 changes)
