Support multiple instruments at one waypoint #145
Description
Right now, is a user wants to deploy multiple instruments at a waypoint (e.g. drifter and Argo), they have tomato one Waypoint entry per instrument. It would be nice to also support providing a list of instrument names in the instrument field in the schedule.yaml file
