PoE2 Crown of Eyes is "increases and reductions to spell damage also apply to attacks"

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Adding Crown of Eyes from unique selector gives PoE1 Crown of Eyes (150% spell damage -> attacks).

1. Select Crown of Eyes from unique selector in Items tab

Whoops, good catch. Musta grabbed the wrong mod because it specified UniqueHelm in the mod name, and didn't notice the extra text. Will be fixed.
