What is the value from the calculation in-game?
Flask uptime is not a displayed value in-game.
What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?
In Path of Building 2, Flask Uptime appears to calculate based on the base duration of the flask without taking into account modifiers to the flask duration. The actual flask duration in the implicit is also not being updated.
In the attached image, you can see in the bottom calculations that the flask duration is 5.25s although the item's duration value has not been updated to reflect this.
Since the flask is using 4 charges every 5.25s, this means that it is consuming 0.76 charges per second.
Thus, generating 1 charge per second (as is the case here) should be more than 100% uptime.
How to reproduce the issue
Put flask duration, and "generate flask charge" mods on either the flask or the tree.
View flask uptime calculation by hovering over the flask item.
