Fixes #1046 .

Description of the problem being solved:

0.2.0 renamed a bunch of tree nodes (which IMO are now worse than before) so Banner tree nodes weren't increasing the effect.
Also fixed the config, which I initially broke in previous PR. Now it scales up to 75 properly if the player takes the + Maximum Valour nodes.
