Description of the problem being solved:
Megalomaniac was missing from the Unique list on the items tab. This will grab all 606 current nodes from the latest tree, and add variants for each Notable. PoE1 uses cluster jewel notables, PoE2 uses the same tree nodes.
Tooltip added by @LocalIdentity. Works for both Megalomaniac and annoints.
