Description of the problem being solved:
The weights weren't cap / handled properly for infinite eHP this results in issues this could probably be lower or higher but 100% feels like it doesn't completely overwhelm over stats while giving a very high chance you would meet the stat that gives 100% increase. The 100% could be lowered a bit but it is tricky to strike a balance and 100% seems like a decent place to leave it for now.
Steps taken to verify a working solution:
See it not completely overpower over high increase stats that are desired.
See it still provide some damage mods getting through and it is still definitely suppressing stuff.
